How is life at Mapbox?

Yes, my manager is very responsive and the team also seems to be good

Been here a few months in a leadership role. Lots of good happening but WLB can be poor if you are on a team that supports an automaker.
Don’t do it, terrible culture and management.
Personal experience?
Had a friend who’s partner was let go for being apart of the unionization effort. Had another peer on the other side of that debate get forced out by their manager because they had their wedding right before a product launch (guess what was scheduled first)
