How many of you still have LTC coverage?
I can’t be the only one annoyed at $33 a month from transamerica but too lazy to call or fax a cancellation. Please make me feel better. For context a lot of Washington employees got this to avoid the 0.58% tax increase back in November 22
I pay 45. Keeping it for now
Can we cancel it? Don’t we need it for exemption?
Exemption is a one time thing, once you get the exemption you can cancel the coverage
I let mine lapse after hearing they were delaying the rollout (shortsighted, I know). I just want whatever option is cheapest since I don’t expect I can retire in the Seattle area anyway, but I’m not sure if I can restart my policy and avoid the state tax…. It’s such a headache! Tax the corporations, not the employees
How do you let it lapse? Don’t you have to cancel?
I’m paying $43 per month. Hate it. Not cancelling because the minute I cancel, they are going to enforce only active coverage holders are exempt and will start cutting tax from paycheck.
