any salary offers to share? i received 248k +48k rsu gilead director #gilead #genentech
Is RSU STIP ?
Not sure the terminology. It’s 48,000 annually vested at 3 years so a total of 144,000 There’s a 20pct cash bonus based on the base too.
So at Gilead, if u get 100 shares Per year. All 100 shares vest 3 years later? Vs 33 year 1, 33 year 2, 34 year 3?
That sounds about right to me. Which function/role? I recently recruited for Associate Director and got a quite a bit lower than that,
How much did they offer you at Gilead for AD position ?
Medical functions pay the most from what I’ve seen, but also depends on background. A person with an MD at director level makes more than a PhD at director level
Salary seems right...RSU seems low
His/her RSUs are divided to per year. So they seem okay
I heard numbers in the range of 65k per year...
Which function is this? On the lower side if it’s Marketing
Marketing doesn't necessarily pay more. Salary is determined by level within the org, if it's commercial org, it's same pay scale.
Jesus fuck
Is this in medical?
Yes
What’s your Genentech offer ?
For those interested in this space, we are also hiring aggressively.
I'm currently a director in the health insurance side. Would the experience translate at all?
Which function? Anyone hiring for commercial analytics?
I'm hiring for Commercial Analytics. DM me.
How much experience do you generally need for an AD position at Gilead?

Rahul Gandhi is poison but the people who believe in him are a lot worse
Thought a director at Gilead would get paid more.
Nah it’s more than enough. The directors at our kite locations don’t do shit. Everytime we ask them a questions it’s just a bunch of non- answers. They’re definitely paid more than enough.
That's because your expectations are poorly calibrated.
