Hi folks I am a 2020 grad and working at goldman for the past year. I have interviewed with curefit recently and every inteview was a do or die and the last round was Hiring manager round. I did pretty well and passed all the interviews comfortably. After the process was done the HR asked me to wait for a day or two for my result, she was communicating well till this time. Finally after four days they mailed me that my skill is good and stuff and some pretty diplomatic stuff boilin down to we are not offering you the position. I have tried calling the HR team,mailing them for atleast 3-4 days for my feedback and not a single response. I mean I did spend a good 5-6hrs with them to give my interview and once they were done with it and decided not to go with me, they are acting like total cowards. I do believe anyone who is interviewing and spending their time should atleast get a honest feedback from the companyđ Really bad culture and I feel good that I did not get in.
This is to expected in most interviews. They donât owe you a feedback.
A rejection is a rejection. They could copy the same email template for all candidates. If they couldnât provide feedback, you should take a deep breath and move on. The recruiter doesnât have incentives to entertain a rejection anyway unless youâre a borderline and they could recycle you for other roles in which case they would have mentioned that.
