Need Sears Referral Please
Can someone please refer me for the senior Sde position at sears? I tried applying online but have had no luck getting an interview. I have 1 yoe and 200k tc but am a really ambitious and hard working guy which is why I believe I am a qualified candidate for a senior position at my dream company. The work I am doing is boring and easy but I feel at Sears I can really take ownership in a very exciting and thrilling project tackling massive never before seen scalability issues and algorithmic problems. I feel working at a brand name company like Sears will make my resume shine even more than companies like google and microsoft with their low hiring bar and mass hiring of unskilled new grads. I also use the Sears product very often. Going to the store and interacting with their pleasant staff and customers and waiting in lines are experiences that online companies like amazon will never have. I have a true passion for Sears and truly believe I deserve the position as CEO but am willing to start at the senior SDE level of course. After due diligence, we at sears Human Resources have decided to interview for an entry level position of doorkeeper. You will be paid an above average annual salary of 201k to beat your current compensation in cents. There is also a performance bonus of 20 cents on annual basis. Of course, all this applies if you get hired and pass the rigorous interview process. If you fail, we will keep you hostage until your family can pay our debts. No pressure.
