Glossier sde experience?

wlb is pretty good. i don't work late and am consistently encouraged by my manager to take flex time, etc. culture is changing a lot. we're at the inflection point where we're really about to scale. if messy codebases and shifting priorities stress you out, glossier isn't for you. if you're good at navigating transitional phases, you'll do really well here.

What’s the tech stack like?

Right now the stack is RoR with a few lamba based microservices. We have a goal to deprecate the RoR monolith in favor of native AWS microservices in a few years.
