culture is changing a lot. we're at the inflection point where we're really about to scale. if messy codebases and shifting priorities stress you out, glossier isn't for you. if you're good at navigating transitional phases, you'll do really well here.
Right now the stack is RoR with a few lamba based microservices. We have a goal to deprecate the RoR monolith in favor of native AWS microservices in a few years.
