I am looking to join as architect role. TC 170k #healthcare
One of the largest Dialysis care provider in US
It depends clinic to clinic, but they'll pay you dirt money for a huge work load. At my clinic I like my coworkers, but Davita encourages cutting corners at the parient's expense just to save a few bucks. Imo if starbucks can unionize so can DaVita. Look into glassdoor reviews to see if ots a good fit.
Worked there 2014-2018 as an architect. I would run away. They are highly unethical with both their employees and patients. Just do some searches online and you'll find a long history of settled law suits and broad use of anti disparagement clauses. They screwed me out of $15K when laid off. Their culture is totally fake and ment to exploit workers emotionally. The CIO is clueless, huge org silos , far from cutting edge, pigeon holes people and plays favorites. The old school leadership is very cliquey . All the good people I knew have left.
Thanks for sharing, i checked the glassdoor review and online and mostly those are for clinic employees. I am still going ahead because of bigger role and saw many new people are joining. Will consider your suggestion and would be on my toes there in case i feel something similar and would not wait like i did in current organization with similar culture but stayed here for 6 years just because i got lazy.
Yeah dont do it.
