If they mean nothing then why does Microsoft allow referrals?
They matter for jobs that need security clearance or if you are being referred by someone on the immediate team. But, think about it, aside from these cases, how could they valuable if anyone can get one on Blind from someone they've never met?
Still won’t mind a referral though. I guess it won’t hurt my chances.
