Homebase offer

Hi, I received an offer from Homebase Senior SWE, Offer 165k base + options Remote role, but may be in future LA office. Is it a good salary as pe LA location? They know my current pay and initialy offered me 155k which I rejected initially. I don't consider buying option. TC: 170k + options
