Bloomberg SSE (NY) - TC 235k Facebook E4 (NY) - TC 274.5k (2nd year onwards) Going through posts on Blind, I see that the work culture and work life balance at Facebook is pretty bad as compared to Bloomberg. Work life Balance is a bigger concern for me. Any inputs would be really helpful to decide between the two offers. Work Exp: 5 years Current TC: 110K
Blind is just going to vote for higher TC. Since you value work life balance, go with Bloomberg. Wlb there is amazing.

FB, definitely more career and comp growth. You can always go to Bloomberg after 1-2 years at FB and get 300k+ comp along with the WLB.
If WLB is important to you, find a team that prioritizes WLB during team match at FB.
FB adds value to resume, probably stay for a year or so and move to bbg for better salary

Bloomberg for WLB but growth here for IC is pretty slow due to lack of levels. I think if you value WLB still pick BBG but get them to bump up their numbers. BBG can pay 300k for good seniors. Heard they have been matching FB/G offers due to attrition.
What’s the highest they can go for entry level 2.5 YOE with competing offers from fb and amazon?
