We're more into attrition and dumping contractors than traditional employee layoffs.
Certain divisions had layoffs this year but anyone still here is pretty safe now
Which department? Were they full time or contract? And was that layoff before recession or recent?
I was just looking to apply to a contract role with the possibility to convert to full-time. Does Cigna convert their contractors often or is that pretty difficult to get
Depends on the manager they will usually convert if you show interest
Depends on budget constraints and org goals.

Pretty safe. They layoff contractors first. Decent wlb. But terrible pay. What is the offer?
They already have budget constraints. Anything that you heard about upcoming layoffs?
