Designer at Palantir, any feedback you can give?
Recently applied to Palantir and got through hackerrank design challenge and recruiter call, but got rejected after that.. I felt good about moving past the screening, but another disappointing day.. Palantir was and still is one of my top company that I want to join I did interview at Palantir 2 yrs ago but failed badly during whiteboard.. Does my past performance held against the future eligibility? I really think I grew a lot as a designer compared to 2 yrs ago and I was hoping to get another chance this time.. Did you do a recruiter call before getting the hackerrank challenge? I just got the hackerrank email saying "thank you for interviewing with the design team. We want to learn more about your interaction design abilities".... but i did not interview with them yet lmao. I only just applied. I double checked and it is my name lol
They are looking for specific things, like solving for complexity, large scope, and visual design crafts
Without being subjective, I think i checked all those boxes.. just wondering my past performance is a factor 😭
If it was the recruitor probably wouldn’t have talked to you in the first place, past interviews stays on profile but doesn’t really matter after 1yr

Applied a week or 2 ago. No hackerrank nothing, just "We regret to inform you that we do not have a position that matches your background and experience" which is annoying because it's objectively untrue
What was the challenge like? I got the challenge yesterday but a bit slammed at work so I plan to take it tomorrow…. They got back to you 2 hours after completing & you had a screening the same day?
I think the challenge is 2 hrs. Im planning to do it today
More specific than generic whiteboarding questions but still pretty broad scoped. It was fun and you def need to track your time, 2 hrs flies by

How long did you wait to get hr call after the challenge? Its been 1 week since i did the challenge and i hear nothing...should i just assume rejection
