Wanting to move from Finance to Tech Sales

Currently a Private Banker at JPMorgan residing in Houston, TX, looking to break into Tech Sales. To be fully honest, I’m only transitioning for the better pay. I have about four years of sales experience, looking to leverage this in tech sales in anyway I can. What can I expect in terms of TOC for the first year? What’s the growth like? Which companies offer the best compensation/ wlb? Any skills I could pick up to give me a better chance in obtaining this position? Lastly I would absolutely appreciate any referrals.
