Some of the idiots are filing 6 applications from consulting companies without any job offers.
what do you call them if they are filing 10-15 applications then 😅
Without a job offer? Don't you need a job and the sponsoring company to file for you. How does it work without having a job.

Where’s the fraud here?
Desi consultancies colluded with one another to file duplicate fake entries
As long as the companies are not related on books to each other, there is no fraud. It is legal to file multiple petitions for the same person
What’s the problem? Just quietly do “cat applicants | sort | uniq | random” and keep the extra bucks 😇
It’s a political move to publicize this to plead on the anti immigration sentiment. These things happen every time near the elections. The current administration is so hopeless. Even trump has given up on immigration and after the homeless now.
With so many layoffs in America, the H1Bs are hard to justify. I expect a lot of rejections this year.

This is USCIS fraud. They made $8 Million out of this shitty lottery system. Back then, you should pay upfront to get into the lottery.
Hope USCIS takes it seriously this time around. Those who did the fraud must be severely punished.
Indian companies want all the h1b!
Nothing will happen. KLA committed h1b fraud in the past. All we got was a small fine and 2 years of h1b ban. So, we moved majority of our swe operations to India. A significant majority of our employees in the US are imports, including me.
