How long does it take for cobalt/DFS to complete the process of h1b transfer (LCA and h1b petition) after we get an offer letter. Can we join after getting the receipt number or only after the h1 petition is approved?
It took 15 days for cobalt to reach to me after offer and I have submitted all docs I heard nothing from them. Idk what’s going on
They also reached before offer and before final loop
