As someone whos mostly done backend, at a large scale, I have to say react is not easy. Especially hooks and other stuff and actually creating something following best practices (hard to find btw!) #engineering #software #swe
It’s easy if you memorize the function names, but it’s hard to understand how it works, much like web forms for .net was
I have never liked React coming from Angular/Vue world and never understood why people drool over React.
I like vanilla JS, but I hate JS, maybe should start doing all in blazor
Angular is a nightmare to use compared to React
Vue.js is better imo. Learning curve isn’t as steep.
Looks like XML type development
React can be complicated but so can kubernetes. Both are just tools to be applied in the right place at the right time
Angular is better. Once the basics are covered, it is quite easier to build maintainable and future-extensible apps.
takes months to grasp, was also surprised how deep front end gets

That’s why there’s such thing as a fe eng.

If it is complex, then why not use flask or django. They are much easier and accomplish same stuff much more flexibly n easily.
Yeah Flask and Django would definitely run better on the browser 😂
