Sales Executive Role at Zillow

Hi! Can someone speak about the Sales Executive role at Zillow in their Zillow Premier Agent team and how the sales org is? How is quota attainment? Super difficult? I just did a final interview with them. #ae #sales #zillow

This is a very outbound dial heavy sales job, you will have to fight for every dollar and win back many customers who did not like the product the first time. The culture is cut throat and you need to watch your back as someone is always trying to steal your deals. Also, if you miss quota for 1 month be prepared to be put on plan and if you miss again 🪓 🪓🪓 Quota attainment is around 45% although we just raised quotas by 90% from last quarter, so I imagine it going down. 100% to everything Zfirst said. I wouldn’t recommend it. They seem to be churning and burning sales execs, unless they’ve been at the company for 6+ years. The base is lower with new hires and the quotas seem almost unobtainable. Good luck!

Thank you for being honest! They did not send me a offer letter this morning and denied me after my final interview this week, so glad I saw this and did not have to feel bummed. The interview was weird tbh, they asked questions like “how do you feel about making 50 calls a day and no one picks up?” I was like I have no feelings cause that’s just the nature of sales? I’ll continue to make the outbound and find the quantifiable leads. The questions felt like they were for people who hasn’t been in sales before when they knew I was at my last company for 3 years in sales moving from SDR to Sr. AE. They lied and said quota attainment is 105%, I asked specifically about the sales culture and they said it’s amazing etc. Straight liars I see.
