WLB & Remote work at skyscanner?

Hello, I wanted to reached out current or ex employees of Skyscanner to know a bit about current WLB at skyscanner london (engineering team) as I have received an offer. Also, are people still able to work 100% remote. This will be an important factor for me to make a decision. If yes, do you think employees are also able to stay outside UK for longer periods without informing HR. Also, what do you feel about the below offer Current : Expedia 60L/yr base + 12L stocks/yr (in INR) YOE : 11yrs Location: India New Offer : Skyscanner 94k GBP base + ~12k GBP (variable) Location : UK

WLB is really good. I am a senior Manager and none of my teams work long hours - we have on call rotas for critical systems, but that is paid hours, and the general philosophy is our systems should be stable enough that it's really 'free money' since we rarely get called to fix things OOH. It's not 100% remote any more - we expect people to be in the office 2x a week, on average, but this is in reality pretty flexible depending on team, and personal situation. IMHO it's nice to be in the office a little though, meet real people, have a coffee, go out for lunch with your team. Re your offer - what's the role and level?
