What happens on Carta after IPO

Question

I have exercised my options through Carta throughout my time at DoorDash (to minimize tax burden). Haven’t been able to find any info on what happens during/after an IPO on Carta.

Will I be able to transfer the shares into my brokerage account? Will I be able to do this immediately or only after the lockup period ends?

Share any resources if you have any... might call Carta to see what goes down.

The shares have been automatically transfered into a brokerage account for you. There was comms sent out and a training happening about this. Double-check your email and calendar
