i140 withdraw - Continental Automotive

Does Continental withdraw i140 once you leave the company? (Policy says any "pending" i140 or PERM will be withdrawn to prevent fraudulent activity but what if they have been approved?) Do you have to repay any fees if you leave before your priority date becomes current?
