I got offers from both Thoughtworks and HPE and the package of Thoughtworks is 11.1 LPA whereas in HPE it is 17.5 LPA , I am fresher and I am really confused, Please help me to choose one. And the role is Grad developer. #engineer #interview #it #thoughtworks #hpe
Hp
HP for stability and Thoughtworks for learning
Thoughtworks for sure for learning
If it's Aruba BU ( since you mentioned networking) Its good. Not sure about others
Are you a college graduate or postgraduate?
Trust me you’re not confused You will be definitely going with HPE
ThoughtWorks will definitely have a better culture, lot to learn and you’ll probably grow a lot more in early stages in ThoughtWorks, but if you’ll evaluate to switch 2 years later, this package difference will mean a lot, I would still suggest to go with HP
Tech stack/role in both the companies?
It seems like Full stack development in Thoughtworks where as in HPE it seems network protocol development, but not sure
Stack wise Thoughworks is better. HP is good for stability and the package is also better comparatively. Considering the current recession I'll suggest to go with HP.
