Got a blend interview coming up but this company looks dead af. Should I even bother interview? Not laid off yet and not dying to leave.
If you’re not dying to leave then no. In this market, I doubt any other company will be an upgrade for you. Stay put
Company is in trouble and the culture there is toxic AF anyways. Use them as a warm up round if you want, but don’t take it too seriously
