which office are you referring to? Or product in general?
Office doesn't matter. Zurich and Berlin both are messed up. Organisation in general has a very negative attitude towards employees. It can leave you depressed and burnt out. The bossy and arrogance nature of people from the top can break your confidence into pieces.
