Cloudera software engineer offer
I am expecting offer from cloudera. Recruiter says they have only software engineer role in engineering. What to expect (base, RSU, joining bonus) for experience over 10 years?
Expedite over 10 yrs?

I know at least one person leaving saying it’s not looking good. Read their quarterly and annual reports, and some other research before making decision. Good luck.
If this is 2011-2014, I would recommend you to join.. but not now.. CDH/HDP's prime time is over...
I think cloudera has good potential. It just IPO for 1 year. Base pay can be 120-150k.
