Qualtrics
Does anyone have good or bad experience working with Qualtrics in Seattle? Their compensation, WLB, culture and growth potential. I am expecting an offer this week but haven't heard of them much. So, anything helps. YOE: 15 TC: 350
They have profitability issues. Product market fit is good as growth is in 30%+ range. Poor customer success and excessive/incorrectly configured Sales incentives. Company will continue to grow for at least 5 years.

In general not bad. Not a real tech company, though Q kool aid drinkers will tell you otherwise. No or bad engineering culture. Wlb is ok. Compensation is good only first 3 years (used to be 4 y before acq., hire rsus). Though depends on your hire level, but even then not guaranteed. Growth - not a startup anymore. Survey company.
What, in your definition, is a real tech company? Trying to understand the criteria.
What would be the level/job title equivalent to an Amazon’s L7 tech role?
