[India] Need help in choosing an offer

I have the below offers: SAP Labs: 25 LPA Morgan Stanley: 24.5 LPA Legato: 27 LPA Oracle: 25 LPA Have other offers from Concentrix Innovation Labs and Infinera also offering same TC. All are fixed TC. Variable pay is present for some. YoE: 4, Java CCTC: 12.5 Please help me in selecting one. Also can I expect more TC from these companies?

I have exprience in Legato a current I switched to Societe Generale. Again I am planning to go back in Legato because of work culture and no work pressure.
