Any idea how is Bridgewater Associates to work? How is salary, work culture etc. I recently got an interview call from it.
They're the only company which didn't make an offer in my last round. On sure can be brutal depending on your interviewer, since a big part of their culture is radical honesty. In my case they tried to tear me apart until I cracked. On the plus side, they give very thorough interview feedback unlike every other company out there.
If you don't mind sharing, what was the onsite like? How would you rate the difficulty of the questions?
Technical questions were medium, on par with FB / G. Culture questions are hard because if you have any imprecise answers they'll drill down deeply.
They’re even more of a cult than Amzn
They record everything on premise. Everyone at the firm has access to those recordings too. Yeah, it's crazy.
How much you got paid there ?
Big cult, run the other way
Curious as well, just went through their first round process.
What position?
Their TA program
