Snowflake recruiter ghosted
I had two rounds of coding interview with Snowflake for production engineering role. One of them said they’d recommend me for the next round and the other interview in my opinion also went well. Last email from the recruiter was more than a week ago, told that he is waiting for feedback from one of the interviewer and nothing after that. Whats the normal turn around time for the feedback? I already followed up thrice. Can i assume that i did not clear and move on?
Which level OP? Two coding rounds or 1 coding + 1 SD?
Same thing happened to me. Did coding and system design interview for a different team, and I haven't heard back anything from recruiters for more than a week. I assume I did not pass and moving on. Last communication was to schedule an interview.
I’m still waiting to hear back too. They haven’t replied to me. I thought they were pretty decent.
How long you have been waiting for and what role?
I am waiting for a week now. No response. Is this expected? Did anyone hear back? Should we move on?

Op can you add tag so maybe snowflake folks will answer? Did the stock price shake up affect their hiring plans? Or maybe we collectively suck at interviews :(

They had me scheduled for phonescreen with 1 code + 1 system design Today, I had my system design, but the interviewer asked coding question. Upon asking the interviewer, they mentioned that recruiter asked interviewer to ask for code question. interviewer themselves were confused. Is this normal ? Also, I had HM round, phonescreen 2 rounds, idk how many rounds in final round will be there...does folks who have recently interviewed have same interview format ?
Snowflake sucks and is pathetic at follow-ups. They reached out to recruit me , each interviewer affirmed that I interviewed excellently (3 rounds)…. But then , I’ve been ghosted. Reached out to recruiter and 🦗 for almost a week. Shame on ❄️ for such a flaky, corporate attitude . Stinks ! 😷
Can you share a split of 3 rounds? Like how many interviews per round and what type (manager talk/ code/system design/ behavioral) ?
Given a lot of candidates available in the market, recruiters and hiring managers are waiting to complete all the scheduled interviews for the position unless they liked the candidate die hard, otherwise recruiters just holds on responding. I would advise don't lose hope, if you did it well you will get the call. PS: I hate snowflake culture and dirty politics and inexperienced managers here. Just in case if your reporting manager is JH, stay away.

Wow happened to me as well. My recruiter out of no where stopped responding and hiring manager is JH
Recruiter introduced me to the hiring manager, then HM did coordinations, scheduling, tech rounds. And suddenly ghosted. So weird.

So sad. Recruiters are ghost’s decedents.
