Hi People, Need help for making a decision. Just got two close offers with good wlb, Hulu: 175 k + 140 k rsu/3 years + 40 k signon + 25% annual refresher + 7% annual bonus Msft: 170 k + 250 k rsu/4 years + 50 k signon + 10% annual bonus The role at Hulu is a standard backend role, while the role at MSFT is working on integrating services with ML models and providing data points for ML models, which seems more interesting. Both companies have good wlb, maybe wlb at Hulu is even better? Yoe: 4.5 Location: Seattle Level: Hulu Senior, Msft 62 (sde 2)
WTH is Hulu? Join MS.
Hulu because of TC but MSFT at ML will give you better scope for the future. You can decide on your priorities.
