Hey folks how are you doing? I want to ask do you do major car upgrades? Like upgrade sound system, sound proof the car, get leather seats, repair those nagging dented body parts, touch up the scratches, do an indoor deep clean, and outdoor wash and buff? Other fun cool things one can do to modernize their oldish car? Mine is 2013 corolla. Also my budget is below $1K.
Have the 2010 model. Get an Apple CarPlay with front and rear cam. Totally worth it. It’s like $250 max
With 1k you can rims of 1 wheel of Corolla.
If you don’t have CarPlay, get a CarPlay head unit. Most other stuff is a straight up waste of money with little payoff
It's not as simple as it used to be (when you could just splice wires and throw in a Double DIN), now that cars come with integrated infotainment systems.... For example your heat and AC may be controlled by the 'stereo'..... Can't replace that .... If you have Android Auto or carplay it's really your phone that's driving everything anyway
I installed CarPlay into my car, fully integrated infotainment setup; Mercedes (S212 E63) in like an hour, and if that’s for a MB so anything else would probably be quicker than that.
Only thing I’ve done was to get a set of winter tires and change tires seasonally.
No, why? Just buy a new car
Oh look its apple and the rampant brainless consumerism which it preaches
You don't get to be the richest company in the world by not doing top tier software and hardware scams for over a decade
