ADP
I am not familiar with how the work and people are at FedEx. You ll definitely work with a lot of well behaved and helpful people at ADP. There are some teams at ADP that use latest tech. Since the pay is almost the same and if the hybrid work model is not a concern, I would choose my next job based on the tech/tools I would get to work on and how I liked the team during the interviews.
No such thing as full remote at FedEx no more. It's one. Two, forget about bonuses. Three, do not consider FedEx for about 2 to 3 years.
Yeah, you ain't gonna bonus at FedEx, so don't consider that part of the TC. Also, we're all going RTO 3 days starting in two weeks. Even if DW says they're staying remote, they'll be pushed into RTO like the rest of us soon.

Why no one cares about the lives lost in Gaza, Israel and busy in their own lives?
Actually very surprised to see the even split in polling. I might have too positive of an image of ADP. Can confirm it’s an amazing place to work and is also viewed pretty well externally
Thanks, do you work at office in Atlanta ?
"viewed pretty well externally" lol you are delusional. ADP is decent only if you compare it to no-name startups or government jobs. But comparing FedEx and ADP they are roughly the same tier.
