salaries for mechanical Engineer in Bangalore
I have 10 years of experince working in silicon valley and am planning to move to India.. i am targettinf companies in Bangalore but not sure what is the base pay+ rsu + joining bonus right now considering cost of living and market scenario.. my survey shows to target a base pay of 21 lacs ( i know its way lower than software but thats what the numbers are in mech!!!) , rsu- ?? , joining bonus-??? any inputs will help..

Hi, I just came across your post and wanted to know your experience moving back I'm somewhat in the same boat. I am a mechanical engineer, Currently in LA and planning to move back to Bangalore. What salary should I expect? How are opportunities over in India for a guy with US masters?
