Just have a drop down for ~10 largest tech hubs, plus other. Austin isnt the same as SF Bay

This. The TC varies a lot between locations. Also would be great if we could have immigration status there, I.e citizen, gc holder, h1b etc.

Agreed location matters, 100K in 85% if the US landmass buys more than 350K in SF.
Also needs to add UX writer as a role
