Amazon without a doubt 💸💸💸
Thanks Bezos
Personally, Amazon is not too high on my list but if you are joining SDE III or higher I do think you will have a stronger career path down the road versus Staff level at Salesforce. If you just want to settle in and stay someplace for a few years and want good WLB then Salesforce would be the better of the two.
crm could crash and burn... but not amazon
Depends on team. Some teams at salesforce are really really bad. You could definitely find good teams at both, but in general the tech stack at salesforce is either ancient (want to learn junit3?) or fubar'd, or most commonly both.
cmon bruh... their cloud is all new tech....
I'm currently at sf we use scala spark aws k8s etc
For the same price, I’ll gladly choose life longevity i.e. Salesforce And you came to blind for reassurance?
Dude, with all the talks about culture- why would you even think?
Amazon if you want to learn and are willing to work hard. Salesforce if you want wlb and far better culture. Amazon is a good place for mercenaries. Negotiate what you want upfront, exit when it's time to exit. No one will look out for you there. Salesforce requires a lot of patience and willingness to work with old tech. I've worked at both companies. Lots of Amazon folks at Salesforce that will never go back to Amazon. I don't think that's generally true in reverse 😊
Which level can Salesforce pay 500k?
Architect and sr director levels
Thanks, is sr director the same level as pmts?
You’ve come to blind to ask this question? 😂
