I have an SWE offer from Salesforce for SMTS with the following breakdown: - Base: 190k - Bonus: 28.5k (15%) - Stock: 30k (120k/4) From what I'm told this is top of band for SMTS, is that true? YOE: 3

What is the usual experience level required for SMTS assuming it's senior member of technical staff?

Can you share your interview experience?
Enjoyable. I spoke to five people overall. Contacted by a recruiter and went into the process without referral. One coding phone screen, then one architecture/design, another coding and two behavioral.
So just one coding round for onsite?
