Hey anyone here got reviews of new DR Horton projects in Bothell like Ironwood or Miner's Cove. I have been thinking of buying a house in one of these projects, while Miner's cove is slightly expensive, it's location seems better and schools are good too. Ironwood looks more budget friendly, but we didn't particularly like its location or schools. Just asking around to see if anyone has recently viewed/reviewed these projects. #housing #seattle #bothell

Are prices likely to decrease in fall?
They might, I am not sure if they will fall enough to offset the rising interest rates. Your guess is as good as mine
I've always heard DR Horton is completely unpredictable in build quality
Share the links!!! Interested as well in anything to be ready for move in next year. They still do that? Sell a year out?
I haven't seen any projects selling a year out. Maximum I have seen is 3-4 months out.
Moved to Ironwood recently, most neighbors are working for tech companies and have little kids. I believe the school rating will be improved in next few years as the area got gentrified. Houses are pending quickly in last few months, there are only few more lots left.
Yeah I agree, looked like an upcoming area. The close neighbourhood looked nice but the old houses close to the property looked really run down. I didn't get a good vibe :(
Miner’s Cove is in a great location. South Bothell and accessible to most places. Builder is just above average
Yeah I have heard the exact same things. Any views on the Ironwood by DR Horton project?
Looked into it but location for Miner’s Cove hands down is better. The neighborhood is great for young families. It’s priced accordingly as well, so it boils down to the budget.
