Has anyone had experience in working as a Technology Analyst(New Grad) at Accenture Seattle? Is it a great place to start your career? what’s the pay like?

Ok, I can give some realistic information. Accenture is good for Indians if you are very good at dealing with internal politics and offshore management headaches. You will be working with majority of Indians where you will be treated like a race horse with no sense. If you are indian and if you don’t have any choice then Accenture is heaven bcos there is no other go. If you are non-indian, read above twice and still if you are interested then wishing you good luck!
It is a good place if you like technology applied to management of large companies, ie business aligned software. You will have a chance to work with things like business process design and systems design, build, test and deployment. It is a demanding job, with long hours and lots of traveling. If you like coding, go somewhere else.

Better than what most jobs your graduating class is going to get. However, consulting generally sucks and Assenture is generally way worse than Deloitte and MBB. Accenture does tons of staff augmentation. Even if you do get out on a decent project, it's usually all implementation. Meh.
What’s wrong with implementing software? Do you even know what it entails? Or you just heard some idiot at Microsoft say that all work is done after you release buggy software to the market? Just so you know, any business application needs to be customized to the client’s needs, and that is done during implementation after carefully mapping it to the underlying business process, which is also part of an implementation. It continues to build gap code, test, train users, deploy infrastructure and software then go live and support.
Given that I was a consultant before Microsoft, I'm well aware. 😉
Accenture is the McDonald's of the IT world. First off, they don't give you cutting edge technology work at all. Your work will be limited to what Accenture already agreed to deliver. Then they promote a culture of cannibalism. It's one of the worst places to work for. Start your career at FAANG if that is an option. You will gain actual skills that will support your career in the long run. You will also have a strong peer group to keep you motivated.
I have been working as a senior software engineer with Accenture here in Washington, DC, for the past year and work with numerous Technology Analysts on my project. I can't speak for Seattle or all teams but I think we treat our analysts well on my project. They are involved in our process improvement efforts, manage Jira and ServiceDesk, help with our agile ceremonies, interface with the devs, and are even encouraged to get certified in our tech (Drupal). Most of our analysts have been with the company for 3+ years and some have been on the team for just as long. I had been discouraged to join Accenture but am really glad that I did. I can't speak for salary but I would say that it is a good place to start your career.
Do you feel like you get good SWE experience at Accenture? Like working with and learning relevant technologies and doing impressive enough work that you can put on your resume to get interviews at better companies?

I do feel that the SWE experience here on my project has been helpful career-wise and def challenging at times. I’ve learned a great deal and get to work on the largest Drupal multi site installation in the US government and possibly the world. I also get to work with a talented group of devs, BAs, and PMs who genuinely care about our work. We have a strong collab culture on our team and our sites are used by tens of millions of users each month. We are also lucky to be able to use React for some of our projects and that’s been a tremendous learning experience for me. Working for Accenture is like “working for that man” but so far my experience has been positive. I am confident that I will have a better chance at opportunities with better companies than if I had stayed at my previous no-name company.
