What do you expect? I don’t know the high range but I assume 300 - 400 TC is reasonable

In the Bay Area Sr sde is around 300-330k total comp. Splunk rarely ever gives sign on bonus.
Have been offered principal position at Splunk at an office outside of Bay Area. Does Splunk adjust comp based on locality ?
