Can anyone share their OnDeck onsite interview experience for SWE positions? How are the coding interviews like? Thanks for your inputs.
On Deck is a joke. Washed up engineers and no real challenges to solve. Went through massive layoffs due to poor business planning and ever dropping stock. Go somewhere else.
I had one behavioral, 2 coding questions, and then 2 rounds of just chatting with the director and hiring manager. Coding questions were both LC mediums but fairly well known questions.
