what is a fair equity package if you are the first marketing hire for a seed, series a or series b company? I am having a hard time evaluating if this startup is offering me too low (.25% max) #equity #startups #compensation

.25 for series b is pretty good. Also this depends on your level and yoe.

7 yoe as a product manager at startups & fb; series a .25% seems very low
How much is that in money?
