stem opt ended
so today is my last day as my STEM OPT expires, my employer has filed for my canada work visa and we are hoping to have everything in next two weeks. my question is, can i be still employed ( be thier associate in US and continue to recive medical insirance) but not get paid? is this legal? or will they be terminating me from the system and revoking all access.
Just wait for work visa, you can’t work now, enjoy this free time while you can

Ensure your not out of visa status and get the Canadian visa before your visa expires else have a backup plan of enrolling to school and always you can talk to your manager and work on CPT.
