Ideally, a TPM leads strategy and operations for a large-scale effort, working closely with the PM to align engineering, biz, policy, and legal stakeholders on a common vision, build out roadmaps, and ensure progress toward meeting deadlines. You’d be the RACI “responsible” party to the PM’s “accountability” role.

My team’s TPM used to ask every and each of us the same question: “how’s your progress? Are you blocked? Do you need any help?”, then moving onto asking the next guy. Therefore I have been really enjoying watching fb layoffs every single time after quitting. So relieving🍹
