Our team recently started reporting to our senior colleague who moved from principal role to Sr Tech . Ever since he became manager he has been forcing authority on us and talking bad about team members to one another. He moved from non tech to tech and spent 30 minutes talking about how expert he is in technology. He is self obsessed, delusional and displays narcissistic characteristics. He is excellent at communication. Talks about my colleagues to me and vice versa. He spoke to me for 90 minutes on how I made a mistake by talking to my skip about some project details . It was horrible experience of my life and I have never had this bad experience with my manager . Should I tell my colleagues or skip level about these or quietly try to change teams ? He is not invested in people and has no interest in growing them ; total unfit for people manager . What are my options here .
