Seeking Advice: SAP Labs vs Google

Hey everyone I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to provide a quick update on my career situation and seek some valuable advice from the community. After resigning from Amazon on 1st of Jan ( as a part of my new year resolution ) due to cultural misalignment, I recently joined SAP Labs just a week ago, attracted by its renowned work-life balance. However, today I received exciting news from Google – I've successfully cleared all rounds of interviews and now await the team fitment round. Could anyone here shed some light on what the "team fitment" round entails at Google? Furthermore, I'd greatly appreciate any insights or advice regarding whether I should consider leaving SAP Labs for Google if the offer includes a significant salary increase. Here's a snapshot of the compensation details for reference: Amazon TC ~ 80 LPA (base 45) SAP TC ~ 60 LPA (base 55) Thank you all in advance for your valuable feedback and insights! #Amazon #Google #SAP #compesnation #careerbreak #teamfit #tech

Thanks for your advice, btw JP Morgan has also given me an offer for vice president role with slightly higher compensation than SAP. I’m just curious to know the culture of JP Morgan.

If SAP is 10 then JPM is kinda 2-3, only join if they offer hefty money so that culture doesn’t hurt much 😝
