Bad experience interviewing at GoDaddy

Just sharing interview experience for the community, Applied for Software Engineer role in January and was reached out by recruiter for GoDaddy Studio Product org. They took 3 rounds, 1 recruiter, 1 code pairing, 1 cultural round. It took them 1 whole week to get back after each interview round. So it took almost 1 month for these interviews, And at last they said I didn't have experience with Golang hence rejected. If Golang skill was necessity for hiring team then, they should have rejected during screening instead of conducting all the interview rounds wasting time of candidates. (Have conveyed the same to them) Have seen similar reviews on Glassdoor about GoDaddy, seems like they are just messing around by wasting time of the candidates lol. #godaddy #engineering #software #swe
