Exactly. They’re saying it’s not layoffs and just performance separations. Except conveniently it’s a large scale of people.
They had this very cryptic messaging to the recruiting team in the US about “hey just a reminder that we don’t need PIPs to fire people, just sayin’!” and that “you know, people can be good but then not so good and then gone, even if last review was good!”
