Townhomes in Milpitas

I keep seeing new townhomes listings up for sale in Milpitas every week. Most of them are on Parc Place Dr. Is there something horribly wrong with the area that people keep selling their property ? Is it the smell? #housing

I live in parc pl. DM me if you want to buy one around the community. It's mostly ppl are buying new homes. Was it you who was checking out 109?

I still can’t make up my mind about buying any property. How do you like the place btw?

I have one of the best units. It's corner one with view of the mountains. Lot of parks for kids. Great mall walkable, Bart 10 min bike ride, VTA 5 min bike ride. Depends upon what you looking for.

Look at a map. The train rail is just behind. But otherwise great location close to Great Mall, and Milpitas schools

Yes it is. Don't hear it much. But if someone really wants a very quite place. Then it's not for them. Train passes 2-3 times a day. Don't feel it when windows are closed. It's always windy though.

Passing trains cause foundation issues as years go.

Once in a while the smell can be pretty bad. Not worth the money especially when guests visit you as you can’t get rid of it

Milpitas smell issue is real but it’s impact varies based on where exactly you are in Milpitas. But having Milpitas as your city zip itself will turn many future buyers off. For pure appreciation it may not be the best option but it’s very convenient location with Bart and great mall as well as tech companies
