Hi all , I am a first time buyer looking to buy a home in innovation matrix. But, I see a lot of negative reviews on HOA. Could anyone living there share their experiences. Is it worth buying ? TC:450k
Isn't lennar the builder with lowest quality and the most consumers affairs reports?
Lennar is a builder to avoid along with DR Horton
If you do decide to buy a Lennar home, be prepared to purchase your own inspections before close and before the one year warranty expires. You won't find many nice things to say about Lennar or HOAs in general... in our case Lennar ran the HOA until the last house sold and it was of course a toxic mess.
I also got sold to this idea of no HOA and bought a single family home. Regret it. My friend in Dublin stays in HOA townhome, has an amazing club house with large swimming pool, billiards, gym and so many other things. His kids go there frequently. The houses are constructed close by, so all he has to do is open the front door and his kids friends are waiting for him. I'm in single family home with kids. Afraid to let them out on road on their own. Other houses are 10's of feet or more apart and I need to drive them to friends place or playground everyday. Plus side of independent homes is you have plenty of car parking, can update the hone as u want it. HOA with amenities seems so attractive. But, it's ur choice and where u r in life.
Lennar is the worst
Stay away from desi hoa
What do you mean? Like HOA led by Indians?
Hoa has changed and it’s really good now in Fremont
Don’t buy any property with hoa.
Most newer homes have HOA
