Urgent Need in Benefit Improvement

What is Northrop Grumman NG doing to secure young talent in Tech/electronics. I understand NG is a traditional company but this is a much different economic landscape. After our 401k vests (it takes 3 years to vest) , what are they doing to keep the younger generation that are battling the influence of inflation? *Has anyone heard of benefits improvements? Nothing. My homeroom sent out an anonymous survey and nearly 70% of the T1's and T2's don't plan on sticking around in the next three years. NG doesn't really care, which is mind-boggling to me. There was a recent inquiry on AskShelly referencing this and Shelly deflected and cited a source that measured overall attrition instead of attrition from T1's and T2's like she should have.
