Facebook Infra Data Science
Anyone from Infra Data science? I have an on-site interview in two weeks looking for information around: * Interview process (especially the "Facebook" Interview and the coding interview, I'm pretty confident in SQL, ML, Stats) * Good teams vs. bad teams, in terms of WLB, and career growth * Expectations from an IC6 (recruiter said they're targeting IC6) YOE: 11 TC: 240k Microsoft L64 Location: Seattle
Have you checked rooftopslushie.com as well? I think I saw some FB data/ML interview info there.
I did check rooftop slushie, there are some Data Science interview info, but it seems to be in product experience, which I think is more an analytics role than a core DS role. Could be wrong.
There will be no "product sense" questions. Most of the stuff you read about Facebook Data Science doesn't apply to infra because the vast majority of info out there is about the product data science group(s). There aren't "teams" per se within infra data science. Just "areas" you work on. Your choice of area(s) will be limited by location and need for data science support in that area. WLB is way better than most teams at FB. DM for more info.
